Pay by Cheque to CFUW Edmonton AAF

Do the following to make a paper cheque payment of your CFUW Edmonton Academic Awards Fund donation or payment for a fundraising item (e.g. coffee, etc):

1. Check that your correct name and contact information are on the cheque. Correct with a pen if any of the information changed.

2. Write “CFUW Edmonton AAF” next to “Pay to the Order Of”

3. Double check that the amount you write on the cheque is the total amount of your CFUW Edmonton membership dues or donation to the club.

4. Double check you signed the cheque

5. Do one of the following

• Mail to the CFUW Edmonton Treasurer, 4715 Whitemud Rd NW, Edmonton, Alberta T6H5P7

• Bring to any of the CFUW Edmonton General Meetings and give to the Treasurer
