Pay by Cheque to CFUW Edmonton

Do the following to make a paper cheque payment of your CFUW Edmonton membership dues or donation to the club:

1. Check that your correct name and contact information are on the cheque. Correct with a pen if any of the information changed.

2. Write “CFUW Edmonton” next to “Pay to the Order Of”

3. Double check that the amount you write on the cheque is the total amount of your CFUW Edmonton membership dues or donation to the club.

4. Double check you signed the cheque

5. Do one of the following

• Mail to the CFUW Edmonton Treasurer, 4715 Whitemud Rd NW, Edmonton, Alberta T6H5P7

• Mail to the CFUW Membership Chair, 1407 118 Street, Edmonton, Alberta T6J 7G3

• Bring to any of the CFUW Edmonton General Meetings and give to the Treasurer or Membership Chair
